Robert Pearce will tell us about the alternative approach used for Recruitment & Retention at St. Mary Bradoc
This talk will form part of a series that we intend to run this year on Recruitment and Retention across the TDGR. We hope to enable ringers all over the guild to successfully recruit and retain new bellringers when we can eventually get back to ‘normal’ ringing once again.
This talk will be recorded to enable all members to view, so that it can act as a guild resource into the future.
