I am sad to inform you that on 23rd March, after a short illness, Christiana Hancox died in St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle. She rang at Gwennap, Stithians and other nearby towers, She will be greatly missed for her enthusiasm for ringing, helping out with many events and joining in many local practice nights. Also for her kindness and helpfulness. She was also our secretary at Gwennap. Our thoughts and sympathy are with her husband Chris Davie.
There will be a service of celebration of her life at Perranarworthal in May. More details to come.
